When you use the Stevenella mobile applications ("Apps") and our website, products or services (collectively, "Services"), you entrust us with your information. We want to assure you that we respect your privacy and the confidentiality of the information we collect in the course of our relationship with you.


This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. Please take a few minutes to read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand how we use your personal information and the steps we have taken to protect it.


How we collect information.


Personal information. When you use the app, we collect personal information that you provide through forms, applications, surveys and other online fields. This information may include your name, postal or e-mail address, social security number, cell phone number, username and password.

For example, we use a third party service provider, Plaid Technologies, Inc. (“Plaid”) to verify and collect your data from your bank or financial institution. Plaid enables our application to connect to your bank account. By using our Services, you authorize us and Plaid to access and transfer your personal and financial information from your bank or financial institution on your behalf. You agree to Plaid's transfer, storage and processing of your personal and financial information in accordance with Plaid's regulations


Safety.


To protect the confidentiality and security of the personal information you transmit to us, we maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that comply with applicable federal standards. We limit access to personal information obtained from our website to only those employees, agents and contractors who need the information to perform their jobs. If you choose to complete and submit a credit application to us, or access your account through our application, your personally identifiable information will be transmitted through an encrypted process. The App and our Services may contain links to third-party websites or social media applications or sites such as Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, etc. These functions are hosted by a third party. When you leave our environment, your interactions with these third-party applications, websites or features are governed by the privacy policies and practices of the associated companies, not ours.


Changes to this Policy.


As permitted by law, we may change, modify or adjust our Privacy Policy as necessary. The revised Privacy Policy applies only to data collected after its effective date. Any revisions will be posted in a timely manner.
