When you use the Stevenella mobile applications ("Apps") and our website, products or services (collectively, "Services"), you entrust us with your information. We want to assure you that we respect your privacy and the confidentiality of the information we collect in the course of our relationship with you.

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. Please take a few minutes to read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand how we use your personal information and the steps we have taken to protect it.

How we collect information.

Personal information. When you use the app, we collect personal information that you provide through forms, applications, surveys and other online fields. This information may include your name, postal or e-mail address, social security number, cell phone number, username and password.

Privacy Statement. If you obtain services through us, we will use and share the information we collect from or about you in accordance with our Privacy Statement, which can be found here. Non-Personal Information. You may download and use the App to obtain certain information without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information. During such visits, we may collect, analyze or share information anonymously, such as when and for how long you use it, your Internet service provider (“ISP”), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, Location-based data, information you access, device or browser information, and the date and time of those requests. We use this information to generate statistics and measure app activity to improve app usefulness and customer experience.

We may use cookies, clear gifs, and other technologies to help us collect such non-personally identifiable statistical information. Cookies are pieces of information that a website or mobile device application transfers to a personal device or drive to track application and user activity. Finally, we may disclose your personal information as permitted or required by law. This may include companies that perform services on our behalf, including those that assist us in processing transactions, preparing and mailing statements, providing us with marketing services, or financial service providers. For example, we use a third party service provider, Plaid Technologies, Inc. (“Plaid”) to verify and collect your data from your bank or financial institution. Plaid enables our application to connect to your bank account. By using our Services, you authorize us and Plaid to access and transfer your personal and financial information from your bank or financial institution on your behalf. You agree to Plaid's transfer, storage and processing of your personal and financial information in accordance with Plaid's regulations


To protect the confidentiality and security of the personal information you transmit to us, we maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that comply with applicable federal standards. We limit access to personal information obtained from our website to only those employees, agents and contractors who need the information to perform their jobs. If you choose to complete and submit a credit application to us, or access your account through our application, your personally identifiable information will be transmitted through an encrypted process. We also require our contracted service providers to protect customer information and to use the information they collect or receive to provide the services they provide to us. Please note, however, that no data transmission over the Internet or other networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You understand that Stevenella authorizes Stevenella to obtain information from your personal credit file or other information from Experian and/or TransUnion and/or equifax under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You authorize Stevenella to obtain such information solely for credit pre-qualification purposes.

Third Party Links.

The App and our Services may contain links to third-party websites or social media applications or sites such as Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, etc. These functions are hosted by a third party. When you leave our environment, your interactions with these third-party applications, websites or features are governed by the privacy policies and practices of the associated companies, not ours.

Changes to this Policy.

As permitted by law, we may change, modify or adjust our Privacy Policy as necessary. The revised Privacy Policy applies only to data collected after its effective date. Any revisions will be posted in a timely manner.
